He doesn't like you, get over it already. Be thankful that someone actually wants to be with a person who is that hung-up over someone who doesn't care about them... for 7 years... you are damn lucky! We all lust after people, but it doesn't make it a good idea to admit desire to someone who doesn't want to be with you when you actually have someone who does. If it makes you that uncomfortable, tell your guy you'd rather not hang out with guy no. 1 so much whenever you go out. Simple.
