I'd definitely say something... but be prepared for her to pull the whole "he was coming on to ME" trick. Still, if you value your friendship, you gotta say it, bro. If she pulls that shit, you just have to say, seriously, man... that's what happened, and I thought you should know. I wouldn't come on to her because I respect our friendship more than that.
