You need to get counseling and tell your husband. If he leaves you, too bad. He deserves better than this crap. Especially if you're going to try and convince him it's his.

ok this story is wrong all the way through.. but a total shocker when u say your husband! you got drunk and cheated on your husband just like that!! YOU ARE SO WRONG. youve already been told about your situation with the bosses son & where thats going, but seriously, havent you ever been drunk before. do you let yourself go this far or potentially this far every time your drunk? or was it just too good of an opportunity to pass up. this can totally ruin your marriage. even if you dont tell your husband this secret will eat at your insides. he'll be able to tell your hiding something. how could you think to lie to him, and continue lying to him, and then make the lie worse until 20 yrs later when you say its not his. can u imagine the heartbreak for him and this child. your husband has two options to leave you or to say what you did was wrong but you get a second chance. things are going to be very rough from here on either way! and you could lose your job whenever that bomb drops. but you have to tell him.. what a sick thing to do. you need to take responsibility for your actions. i think its clear as day that you fucked up big time. you will never be able to take that back, so do the right thing from here on.
