you are absolutely right... you shouldnt be punished for doing the right thing... Have a talk with your manager and say hey I deserve the same amount of ot as everyone else,,, and thats the truth girl... just like smoke breaks,,, I dont smoke but i should get those little breaks all through out the day too...

<-- The poster: I'm talking about 19 and 20 year olds having kids in preschool. Another girl just got hired, she is my age 25 and has a 6 year old. The hours are like up and down and getting competitive now. I'm understanding things better. Just it sucks

you won't truly understand till you have kids of your own.
once you have kids life 'as you (now) know it' is OVER, and a new life begins.... a life where your kids come FIRST in everything you do, and it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to care for them, and it ain't cheap!!!

Look im a single mother u know how hard it is to put food on the table... if ur just taken care of you, u wouldnt understand. There for u need to stop complaining and be glad u even have a job.
