you need to tell him the whole truth.
especially women are more likely to cheat (due to increased hormones) on the days they are ovulating (and most fertile).

yeah..cheating/cheaters tend to suck! I'm sorry..how would you have felt if he cheated on you and got another girl pregnant? You should tell him about it and see how it goes..maybe he will stay with you but if he doesnt want to then, you just have to understand that and let em go. Good Luck
