EEOC protected class. Investigate to make sure you have a valid case so it is not a waste of time.

Best thing to do is call for a legal consultation with a lawyer and see which direction to go. It sounds like you have a case but do be on the safe side just call and talk to one. This is usually free so best of luck and i hope everything works out.

Sometimes companies will find some other silly reasons, its hard to fight this, I believe. It also may depend on the lengeth of time employed. If you know a good attorney that without a doubt can help, Go for it! :-), best of luck, keep us informed>

As long as you truely believe you stand a chance in court, then more power to you. I know you're probably angry and a great way to relieve that is by sueing them. But, cool down, thnk about your situtation, and talk to a lawyer. Tell him about your dilemma, and figure out your chances. I do not know the least bit about laws and such. But in my own opinion, I believe you shouldn't sue them at all. They're the ones that lost a valuable employee. Put your time and talents somewhere else, and not wasting it away for "revenge".
